Refund Policy – Alectomy Event Bookings

Thank you for choosing Colombian Plastic Experts. We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for each of our patients. To maintain the integrity and preparation involved in our exclusive aesthetic events, the following refund policy applies to Alectomy reservations:

Deposit Policy

• A $200 USD deposit is required to reserve your spot for the Alectomy event.
• This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it secures your appointment and covers the administrative and preparation costs.

Full Payment

• If you have paid the total amount ($2,800 USD) in advance: 
  • You may request a partial refund (total payment minus the $200 deposit) if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the date of your appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the procedure date will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we offer one-time rescheduling to the next available Alectomy event, provided you notify us at least 5 days in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated with our team.

No-Shows

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
